Shipping countries & costs
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- Germany: Shipping costs €3.95
- Austria: Shipping costs €5.95
Processing and shipping times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days .
- Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days .
- In exceptional cases, such as high demand or holidays, it can take up to 14 days .
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

We ship our packages with DHL or Hermes , depending on the destination country and the order size.
Returns & Refunds
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of receipt .
Return process

- Pack the goods securely and return them to the specified return address.
- Once the return has been received , we will refund the purchase price within 7 working days.
